Hello! My name is Owen Godfrey, and I am the founder and owner of Mowin’ Owen RVA.

My love for lawn care began back in 2012, the year I started mowing my own family’s lawn. Back then, we had a small push mower and a big yard, so it would take me a long time to finish. It was tiring, but for some reason I just enjoyed being outside and doing it.

To me, mowing the lawn is more than just work. In the 10+ years that I have been doing it, I have found that it is also a form of art that requires experience and skill to do well. I enjoy the small details. Perfect stripes, crisp edging, and an eye-catching carpet of green are things that I want to give to as many people as I can.

Today, I love getting to serve so many of my neighbors, having a great team of people working with me, and getting to use really great tools to make the work faster and deliver the highest quality results. I am very grateful!
